Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

She understood exactly what I wanted and formulated my itinerary accordingly. She never said no to any of my requests of customization. She took care going the extra mile each time we sought her help. Whether it is our day schedule or hotels, she elaborated on the smallest details of the trip and answered all my questions with a smile whether my questions were serious or silly. Package and price - They gave the most competitively priced package to us. The price was a lot lower than anything given by other agents. Breath Taking Holidays was an easy winner and choice in the price department. The package was heavily customized and the price was extremely competitive. Driver and car - Our driver was friendly and polite and was also our voluntary cameraman sometimes. My mother fell ill during the trip and he took us to the best hospital and helped us with the process end-to-end. Our agent continuously took updates from me during our trip. Every other agent was offering us a cheap sedan, while our agent offered us a luxury Ertiga without asking. This car made our trip a whole lot comfortable given the seating and storage and large windows to gauge the beauty of Kashmir. Hotels - Our agent picked the best of the best hotels with the best rooms. Even if there were slight issues, she ensured to compensate us in leaps and bounds. We were amazed by the class of luxury hotel rooms we were provided with. Our agent did all this without our asking and for the price we paid, the hotel rooms were over-the-top. Excellent experience. We had both breakfast and dinner included which was extremely good as well. Boathouse - Our agent owned a group of boathouses and we were given a private 1BHK boathouse in Nigeen Lake which was much better than Dal Lake. Having a boathouse entirely just for us made our experience so much more delightful and peaceful in the evening. We could enjoy the quiet of the night without disturbances as it was not a shared boathouse. This was the most mind-blowing part of the trip. The owner of the boathouse welcomed and made us feel home. The owner also took us around to the best and most legitimate shop to buy the dry fruits and nuts and also dropped us to the airport. Closure note - Breath Taking Holidays, Nadiya and team, took care of us like family and I am not exaggerating. I would recommend them to any travelling party without a second thought.

mir is such a beautiful place beyond the touristy things as well We finished gurez, lolab, bangus, Daksum, Sinthan top, Chatpal etc. What we all liked was the stays were good and the driver Amir Bhai was fantastic throughout the tour. He was flexible and stopped whenever we wanted to stop on the way. Thanks to Gulzar the tour guide as well. Bonfire was quite add on, also the outdoor lunch in lolab was amazing. tive suggested by the travel agency, didn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my parents. Their water supply and electricity were unpredictable and this also made our stay difficult. The hotel staff were responsive but the services were poor except for food, which was good. We expect the same enthusiasm when accepting the quote for service and communication from the agent throughout the trip. We were overwhelmed by the extra charges we had to pay at the places for the union cabs. The extra cab fares could have been mentioned beforehand to the travellers before the trip. The shops the driver took us to were very expensive, and we realised this once we went to 'Lal Chowk' on our own. Also, only one restaurant we stopped at during our travel was of good quality, while the rest were really bad, and one possibly led to 2 of our family members getting food poisoning. With proper communication and an honest approach from the employees, the whole experience could have been much better.

never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

my trip. They provide us with all the information about Kashmir before we deal with them. The package price was reasonable with the extraordinary service that they gave to us. We decided to stay 6 days and 5 nights and they arranged everything from pick up at the airport, accommodation, food, transportation, and many other things. They were available at any time we had questions or some problem. On our first day at Srinagar, the heater at the hotel not working properly. We were concerned about the travel agency the next day the hotel staff provided us warmer blanket which made us very comfortable. The staff hotel is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with dinner in the room. Our driver Muzamil was the best thing we had on our trip. He was a very nice person and provided us with all the information that we needed. He makes sure everything going well and does not allow a single mistake to happen. He told us what we needed to do and did not need to do while traveling to the place. He will make sure you enjoy your vacation without any regret. I'll come back to Kashmir and guarantee 100 percent that you definitely enjoyed your vacation with Greystar Tour and Travel without any regret.
